Amazing deal 50% off @ Arteastiq, Plaza Singapura

Arteastiq@ Plaza Singapura

I would try to go out once in a while with ex-classmates and ex-colleague whenever I get a break from the kids---either when hubby volunteer to take care of them or when the kids had to stay back at school beyond lunch time.

I valued my "me" time cause I get to catch up with friends and also get to know what is happening with other friends as well....

Since dining outside normal "lunch" hours works for me and for my ex-colleague who is now working part time, we went and try out Arteastiq. Using the apps Eatigo, I found this amazing 50% off if we book at 11am. We actually dine there and chit chat till about 1pm, and the staff is really friendly. We got a nice seat at one of the corner, undisturbed and quaint.

EATIGO.com

A little bit about the eatigo ... you can download it as an apps on your phone or book the restaurant via its URL.

Its not only available in Singapore, if you are staying or visiting Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Pattaya, Manila, Mumbai or Pune, you can book restaurant via this apps and enjoyed the promotion. Different restaurant have different promotion at different time. Choose the time suitable for you, and when you turn up at the specific time, you can get the promotion. Most of the promotion only applies to a la carte food (excluding drinks) and different restaurant has different promotion. Very good deal if able to eat on non-peak timing....

Back to Arteastiq.....

I really love the ambience and the decoration here.. very nice. No wonder it was awarded Best Cafe in the Epicurean Star Award in 2016.

Besides famous for its afternoon tea and ambience, I am sure those with an interest in arts will love this place. There is a package which includes a painting session (one set of brushes, canvas and takeaway wet paint canvas box) with a choice of beverages. The art lab is just by the cafe....

The menu features all day brunch which is one of my favourite. Lots of interesting items on the menu...

All a la carte food, salad and desert are eligible for 50% off and there is cut off time for you to order them as long as you book your table for 11am.

Our cosy little corner....

What I had:

A cup of warm and yummy hazelnut chocolate served in a pretty tray with biscuit and a golden spoon.

The prices of beverages is on the high side but it is totally worth it. Very chocolate-y and rich.

Hazelnut Hot Chocolate ($9.50)
For main courses, I tried the salted egg yolk capellini. I must say I am a little disappointed. The salted egg yolk taste is very mild and pretty tasteless....

Symphony From The East-salted egg yolk capellini ($23)
My friend ordered The Royal Princess Salmon Wellington and it is really good. Served hot and the skin is very crispy. Salmon is well marinated and goes well with the sauce served. Thumbs up!
The Royal Princess-Salmon Wellington ($27)
For desert, we shared a tiramisu. Very nicely plated and creamy. Perfect way to end a meal.
Tiramisu ($13)
Overall, the food served at Arteastiq is nice. Very Instagram-able as well as it is elegantly plated. In terms of taste, most of the items we ordered were good (Do not order the salted egg yolk capellini!!!)

I do hope to go back again to try other items on the menu :)
